⚙️ What's your Unqork journey?

I previously worked at an Unqork client and saw the power of the platform. I wanted to continue building across the insurance market and so I joined Auxo.

🎯 What goals are you focused on achieving right now?

Currently, I am focused on three big goals: 1) Be the premier Unqork delivery partner. 2) Drive sprint over sprint business value to our clients. 3) Scale Auxo as a workplace that continues to attract top talent.

🛠️ How does your role contribute to Auxo’s mission and client success?

Flexibility and responsiveness are key competitive advantages of a firm like ours. Ops needs to be the foundation that enables delivery, and we are here to support our teams so they can remain focused on delivering value to our clients. As we grow, we will adapt to serve the needs of our clients while maintaining the core values and team that allow us to be a top tier partner.

🚀 What’s an instance where Auxo made a significant impact on a client project?

We measure our impact in terms of the end customer, not in terms of pure technological process.
In one recent instance, we were able to increase new business throughput (in terms of individual applicants) by 30%, while maintaining the same number of team members. In other words, our technology allowed their company to do more with the same staff.

💡 What’s your vision for the future of technology in your industry?

Deliveries and transformations are coming at an increasingly rapid pace. It’s no longer viable to have a defined 3+ year backlog because market needs and the necessary tech will have evolved.
We need to look toward a model where the patchwork of systems can be replaced with the largest impacts delivered first. Acknowledging that new tech we hadn’t previously imagined might be available, we need to be ready to adapt. By doing so, we will stay ahead of the curve.

🥾 Outside of work, what are your interests or hobbies?

My first choice is anything I can do with my family, including my wife and our three kids. We like to hike along the Mississippi with our dog, mountain bike (summer), and cross-country ski (winter).

Auxo seeks to be the premier Unqork delivery partner, and we know that we will have to earn that on a daily basis by attracting and retaining top talent and top clients.
